The session featured practical examples of an Expert under cross-examination to illustrate the pitfalls of oral evidence and how to avoid them. The session concluded with the delegates participating in breakout groups to discuss: What are your key concerns about being called to give evidence? What are you top 5 tips for preparing for cross-examination? The breakout groups were a great opportunity to share concerns and swap tips about cross-examination.
