- The evidence required for a successful plea of fundamental dishonesty.
- Effective intelligence gathering techniques, including real-world examples.
- Case studies illustrating the impact of these cases on all parties involved.
- Practical tips for report preparation to help identify and prevent fundamental dishonesty.
This webinar is invaluable for both claimant and defendant expert witnesses, seeking to uphold the integrity of the claims process. Hear from Chole Davies, Legal Director and Luke Knowles, Senior Associate at Clyde & Co to learn how you can play a crucial role in eradicating fundamental dishonesty from clinical negligence claims.

She is also the lead for cases involving fundamental dishonesty and committal proceedings, with significant experience in this area. Chloe is currently involved in a very high-profile group action and is routinely asked to deal with cases of the highest value, and which are technically complex. Chloe regularly delivers training and seminars on all aspects of clinical negligence cases and is responsible for training and developing junior members of the team.
