The Case

These proceedings arise out of the construction of a new Oncology Centre at St James's University Hospital, Leeds. The project had already given rise to proceedings culminating in a judgment handed down by Joanna J J. It was common ground between the experts before Joanna J J that the Plant Room 2 did not comply with Health Technical Memoranda 81.
