The case: The claimant suffered a subarachnoid haemorrhage ("SAH") as a result of a ruptured aneurysm. She made a good recovery but developed a significant post-traumatic stress disorder. It was accepted that there was a 31- minute negligent period of delay in the arrival of the ambulance.
