Nature of case: Frank Roper was a convicted sexual abuser. C brings this action for damages for sexual abuse by Roper during a youth football trip to New Zealand in June 1987 and the effects of it upon him in later life. D is a football club which Frank Roper was associated with at the time. Frank Roper himself is now dead.
