The court affirmed the Order of the Circuit Family Court in granting a Decree of Judicial Separation. Such Decree may only be granted if proper provision has been made or can be made for the dependent children, in this case aged 16 and 8 years. The judge said that she was assisted by the reports and the evidence of the section 32 expert assessor (a psychologist) in this case.
