The case: Assessment of damages for loss and damage arising from the Defendant's negligence in 2010. The claimant has an emotionally unstable personality disorder ("EUPD") and paranoid schizophrenia and has a history of substance abuse. She has in the past attempted suicide and has been detained at mental health facilities for long periods.
