“Anything new on the capacity to resist the impulse to commit suicide?”

 

The case: The appellant is sought by the Government of India for three sets of criminal proceedings. One of the grounds for appeal was that the lower court was wrong to decide that it would not be unjust or oppressive within the meaning of section 91 of the Extradition Act 2003 ("the 2003 Act") to extradite him by virtue of his physical or mental condition.
