The Case

Brigid Seepersad died tragically in a road traffic. An issue in the case was the valuation of the nursing home premises she operated. Both sides engaged expert witnesses to assist the court in relation to financial calculations. From the outset, the plaintiff objected in strenuous terms to the independence of the defendants’ financial expert and to the admissibility of his evidence.
