10 June 2022 Priya Vaidya 2712 Case Updates Traylor v Kent and Medway NHS Social Care Partnership Trust [2022] EWHC 260 (QB) by Priya Vaidya The case: On 8 February 2015 Marc Traylor suffered a psychotic episode. He stabbed his daughter several times, causing serious injuries. He was shot three times by armed police officers.
