Traylor v Kent and Medway NHS Social Care Partnership Trust [2022] EWHC 260 (QB)

The case: On 8 February 2015 Marc Traylor suffered a psychotic episode. He stabbed his daughter several times, causing serious injuries. He was shot three times by armed police officers. He was subsequently prosecuted for attempted murder and found not guilty by reason of insanity.
