Dr Y, Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service

The case: The allegation was that Dr Y used the address of the Nuffield Hospital Bristol on the reports he prepared and in written correspondence relating to the reports, giving the impression that he had practising privileges/a professional association with the hospital which was false.
